Todd Holcomb is a creative polymath living and learning in San Francisco. He spends his time working with organizations, leaders and teams to recognize and grow their highest, best selves, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. He believes that the world desperately needs a new generation of positive change makers and is committed to this higher purpose.

Todd's rare combination of creative and strategic thinking has come from years of work with CEOs and their leadership teams—in many industries—to imagine successful futures, spark innovation to create these futures, build the leadership skills necessary to make these visions a reality, and craft learning experiences that enable every person to realize their fullest expression of themselves in pursuit of the purpose.

Todd deeply believes that we all must meet the world with compassion and action. Every person deserves to be able to dream, to act, and to meaningfully contribute to a better place for us all. He has taken action on several key issues such as gender equity, racism, and on leading with compassion, by designing and leading conferences on all three topics, creating books and compendium that elucidate the issues, and by bringing these topics to personal development. He provides consulting services to organizations of all kinds working to unite people in making meaningful differences in the world.

And he has a long, and rich history in community engagement from Board Chair of several organizations to volunteer to activist when necessary.
